KISS Managed Services

All of our managed service offerings include 24x7x365 monitoring of your IT infrastructure including Servers, Desktops, and Laptops, and optionally managed switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points. Varying degrees of preventive network maintenance, patch management and built-in anti-virus are also included in all of the offerings.

Keeping IT Simply Super: Our premiere offering - Super includes highest priority scheduling and response time offering an option to include application software support including CounterPoint SQL & QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions.
Keeping IT Simply Solid: The most popular option - Solid provides peace of mind and security for your business with high priority resolution of issues. Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Exchange Server monitoring and maintenance are included including remediation of any issues that arise that prevent your business from operating properly.
Keeping IT Simply Steady: The value plan - Steady provides response by the next business day for critical business issues to keep all of your systems operating at their optimum. Steady is designed for small to medium businesses that don't have in-house Microsoft SQL or Microsoft Exchange Servers.
Keeping IT Simply Smooth: Our most economical option, Smooth includes remote monitoring and patching of your systems, while giving you the option of remediation of critical issues - at break/fix rates. This is a hybrid between managed services and traditional break/fix where we can inform you of problems before they get out of hand, and you can decide whether or not to have them repaired.
